What should I bring? Just your hairbrush or comb. If you are receiving a spa treatment, we have disposable underwear but you may prefer your own bathing costume.
What will Advance Skin provide? We will provide you with a fresh robe, slippers, towels and disposable underwear.
Can I bring valuables? We'd rather you didn't. Advance Skin cannot accept any responsibility for the safety of your valuables.
How do I make an appointment? We recommend all spa treatments and services be booked in advance. Treatments can be purchased individually or as part of a package.
Can I purchase products? All salons stock a wonderful choice of products for the face, body and bath. Consult with your therapist for professional advice. Do you offer any financial incentive for me to start my skin care programme in order to get the best results? If our therapist recommends a course of treatments, you can pre-purchase a course of 6 of the same facials for the price of 5.
Are there gift certificates available? Yes we have an extensive range of fantastic gift packages. Please take one of our gift package brochures.
What is your cancellation policy? When a client makes an appointment, we reserve a fully trained therapist for you. Accordingly, we request that clients endeavour to provide us with sufficient notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice on large packages will incur a 20% fee. In the case of a gift voucher, this may mean that 20% is deducted from the value of the gift voucher. Please note: A 20% deposit may be requested for all treatments with a duration greater than 60 minutes.
What is your refund policy? Treatment packages and products are not exchangeable or refundable.
How do I pay? Advance Skin accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos.
